SHIPPING POLICY:

  1. We ship globally to all destinations
  2. We charge shipping fees calculated according to final destination at checkout.
  3. Shipping charges are based on final weight of the product with box packaging.
  4. Prices mentioned on our website include all duties/taxes payable in India
  5. Any duties/taxes levied by your country are to be borne by you. Our shipping partner will collect these (if any) at the time of delivery.
  6. Please know that most shipping partners charge an additional service fee in case they have to pay customs duty on your behalf. This service fee will be presented to you along with the customs duty paid and is to be borne by you. If you'd like to avoid this service fee, simply call the shipping partner with your tracking number and inform them that you would like to do the customs presentation yourself once the parcel reaches your country. The shipping partner will intimate you once the parcel is ready for customs clearance.
  7. Our standard delivery time is 9 - 12 working days. That said, this may extend in case of delays in borders/customs clearance which is beyond our control.
  8. Please keep track of your shipment using the tracking details provided. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are available at the time of delivery to collect your package.
  9. In case of a failed delivery, our shipping partner will notify you. It is your responsibility to ensure that you arrange an alternate date/time and take delivery of your order.
  10. If an order remains uncollected and is returned back to us, we shall deduct the two-way shipping costs and forward-and-return customs duties/taxes. You can choose to receive the balance amount as a store credit or refund in the original mode of payment.

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT:

  1. On placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail
  2. Similarly, shipper tracking details will be shared once your order has been shipped
  3. You can check the status of your order under "My Account"

EXCHANGE , REFUND & RETURN POLICY:

  1. We accept exchanges and returns within 7 days of you receiving the shipment
  2. Items must be marked as eligible for exchange and return on the product page
  3. Shipping costs and any customs duties and taxes in the process will be borne by you

    3. The cost of shipping the item(s) back to us will have to be borne by you. In addition, it is your responsibility to pay any customs duties and taxes resulting from returning the item(s).
    4. We recommend using a reputable shipper that provides a tracking service
    5. Share the shipper and tracking details with us once the item(s) have been shipped
    6. Re-use the original packaging, including the cloth bag, for proper care and protection
    7. Items must be in their original condition, with their labels and tags intact
    8. They must be unused and unwashed, unsoiled without any stains or damages
    9. We must receive the item(s) back within 20 days of your request being approved
    10. Items returned, once verified at our facility, will be processed for an exchange or return
    11. In case of an exchange:
      - Our team will inform you once your exchange item(s) are ready for dispatch
      - If the exchange item(s) cost more than the original item(s), you will be asked to pay the differential amount
      - If the exchange item(s) cost less than the original item(s), you will receive the balance in the form of a store credit
      - The cost of shipping the exchange item(s) will have to be borne by you
      - Any customs duties and taxes on the exchange item(s) will have to be borne by you
      - We will share shipper and tracking details once the item(s) have been dispatched
    12. In case of a return:
      - You will receive the balance amount in the form of a store credit
    13. Store credit is valid for a 1-year period from the date of issue
    14. Shipping fees and gift services (if any) are non-refundable
    15. Gift cards cannot be returned for their monetary value
    16. Typically, it takes 20-30 days to complete the entire exchange or return process

    MISSING OR DAMAGE POLICY:

      1. A missing or damaged item claim must be raised within 2 days of receiving the parcel
      2. We will need photographs and opening video of the item(s) and the delivery parcel it was received in
      3. Our customer care team will investigate and offer an appropriate resolution
      4. In case of EXCHANGE or RETURN approved by us , the cost of shipping the exchange item(s) will have to be borne by you. Any customs duties and taxes on the exchange item(s) will have to be borne by you
      5. In case of REFUND approved by us , the refund amount if any shall be offered only for the product(s) sent. Shipping charges will not be refunded in any such cases

    CANCELLATION POLICY:

    1. We accept cancellations against fullrefund (excluding shipping charges) or store credit within 12 hours of placing your order
    2. We are unable to accept any cancellation requests after 12 hours

      We reserve all rights to accept, reject or offer any solution for any request of EXCHANGE , REFUND & RETURN as we see fit according to individual case to case basis.
